Backstory

A brand new student at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I do not know my birth origins or how I got my hideous scar causing my eye to go blind but my muggle family adopted me anonymously at a young age and told me I had the scar before I was adopted. Thereafter, I was raised on the family farm and helped my family in many difficult tasks around the farm. My childhood went well but my adopted Mother died in a tractor accident around when I was 8. My adopted Brother having turned 18 soon afterward left my adopted Father and I to run the farm alone together. The work on a farm is a lot for two people especially a child but I grew stronger and got much better at carrying out adult work. However, I had to miss much school due to needing to spend so much time on the farm. My Father and I were surprised when unnatural things began happening around the farm. Thinking it was haunted we sold our farm and asked my Brother if we could move in with him. He had married and was living in a beautiful house in the edges of a small town. He welcomed us in and got us settled in with his own new family. The strange things continued to happen so my Father and I told my Brother of the ghost that seemed to have followed us. We panicked and began trying to find someone who could remove the ghost so we wouldn't have to move again. However, soon after my Hogwarts letter arrived with a wizard of from the ministry. He explained everything and several months later came again and helped me pack my bags and took me to Platform 9 3/4 and left me on the Hogwarts Express.
