Backstory

"Scott, why do we have to go into the woods? Especially the Forbidden Forest?" Marigold Bell asked nervously, clutching Scott's hand. Mari was fourteen, had dark brown hair, lighter brown eyes and pale skin. Though this could change, depending on how she was feeling, due to her being a Metamorphagus and all. Scott was a tall fifteen year old Slytherin, different from Mari, who was in Gryffindor.
"Come on, Goldie. Trust me?" Scott said, giving her his wide eyes. It was his eyes, his grin, his dimples and his sense of humor she had fallen in love with. Mari melted under his gaze and nodded. Scott reached for her hand and led her into the Forest, not scared at all. They weren't officially dating, but everyone could tell that they had feelings for each other. The two students walked deeper and deeper into the woods.
"Lumos." Scott said, looking around. He led Mari a little further, until he saw what he was looking for, a little grove. He walked forward, and with a wave of his wand, caused green sparks to shoot upward, lighting up the area. He waited for Mari's reaction.
Mari glanced around. "It's cute....but-" She was interrupted by Scott pulling her towards the one tree in the middle of the area. Mari stared at it, then began crying. She was enveloped in a huge hug by Scott. He kissed the top of her head, his arms wrapped around her. On the tree, were their initials, surrounded by a heart and a few words carved into the tree. The words were, "Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Oh, Scott." Mari whispered. She then leaned up and kissed him softly. Scott smiled, and led her to a blanket thrown on the ground. On it were several platters of food. Mari was amazed by the effort Scott had put into this. "I love it, Scott." He lounged on the ground, playing with her hair as she tried one of the treacle tarts.
"Look, there's the moon," Scott whispered, lying on his back. Mari slid onto her back and stared through the tree branches at the shining moon. "It's beautiful." Mari closed her eyes, feeling content. Just as she was thinking that it couldn't get any better, Scott reached for her hand. With a full and happy heart, Mari turned towards him, and entangled their fingers. That's how they spent the night, curled up together in the little grove in the Forbidden Forest. Their initials would be forever encased in the ancient tree.

Marigold is a short, stubborn girl. She is very kind and sweet. She'll laugh and smile, and try to make friends with anyone. She doesn't judge anyone. Mari has a deep, undying love for animals. She heals them and loves them. If she wasn't a witch, she'd make an amazing vet. All animals love her. She's a Metamorphagus and can change her looks at will. Her favorite animals are cats and foxes. Her Patronus is a fox, because it fits her nature, kind, sweet and very emotional. She won't stand up for herself, but she will for others and animals. Many people thought she'd be a Hufflepuff, so they were surprised when she was put in Gryffindor. Everybody loves her.
