Backstory
While at Hogwarts, I worked diligently in specializing in Care of Magical Creatures and healing with aspirations to be a Magizoologist or Dragonologist. I was part of the choir and Charms club, and leaned into the wit over wisdom side of Ravenclaw house. Post-Hogwarts, I worked in a magical creature rehabilitation sanctuary, but the work wasn't what I'd hoped for. There is still a lot of stigma and prejudice around the husbandry and handling of magical creatures, making it difficult to fund and work in the field sustainably. As a muggleborn, I decided to go back to my roots and live on the muggle-side of London for a while. I'd always had an affinity for charm and spell-work and became fascinated with how to integrate magical properties into muggle technology. Growing up with muggle inventions and innovations, I have felt that there could be more improvements of this ideology brought into the archaic ways of wizard society.
For the past six years I have lived in a flat in London with my cat, working at the Ministry of Magic in the Muggle Liaison Office as a Muggle Relations Coordinator. I keep up to date on muggle tech and culture, teaching and outfitting witches and wizards who are entering muggle society undetected. As side projects I continue to test magical capabilities on muggle communication technology.
