Backstory

I grew up isolated from the real world, with my wizard parents. They taught me about the magical magnificence of magic, and the terrifying horrors it could conjure from thin air. I was always curious about what life was outside of my house, waiting for a signal that It was time to fly high above what my life was then. A couple of months after my 13th birthday, my mother got a disease that could kill her at any moment. I was scared and paranoid so I slept with her and did everything with her. One night I felt my mother stir and I knew that I must act quickly, so I cradled her in my arms and held her against my chest, hoping that this wasn't her end. Before she passed away, she handed me a folded piece of parchment and whispered to me that I was so much greater than anyone had ever known. After she passed away in my arms, I was so depressed that I refused to open the note she gave me. One night I felt a voice in my head saying to check the note. I opened it and it was a letter from Hogwarts. Turned out, my classes started in 5 days so I headed over to my best friend's house and we went to Hogwarts together. Is this my happily ever after, I think not. I need to do more to help the wizarding world.
