Backstory

I was sorted into Slytherin at my prime age of 12. Maybe it was my cunning attitude or my need for self-preservation. All I know is that this house is my family. I particularly enjoy Herbology and Potions, although I may not have the greenest thumb. I'm a half-blood, but that doesn't detract from my wizarding abilities. Though, it has brought on some mockery from gatekeeping Slytherins. My parents were alive during the era of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and I was just a child. It was petrifying seeing both the wizarding and muggle world crumble. However it provided me with strength and bravery that I had never known. My greatest strength has to be my ambition; I have a resilience to giving up and strive for greatness. Though, my faults come in through this as I find selfishness in myself. After I leave Hogwarts, I want to either be an auror or professor here at Hogwarts. Magic absolutely astonishes me, but the thing I find most fascinating about it is the power it has to bring people together. I want to use my magic to help and educate others, but at times I know I must use it to protect myself. I have one pet, he's a black cat named Luna. He's quite a moody, but lovable character. My family is pretty normal besides having wizards and witches among the bloodline, but that is what brings us together!
