Backstory

Despite being raised in America, I was spent to Hogwarts due to the...lacking education system we had in the states. You would think that people would move on from the Puritan days, huh? I was trained at home before the age of eleven (the usual defense and protection spells as all children are required to learn) before receiving a letter from Illvermony informing me that I would not be able to attend. One school in a huge country. Furious, my parents enrolled me at Hogwarts and there was where I was sorted into Slytherin. I favor Charms - having practiced the subject from a young age. Potions on the other hand... Let's not talk about potions.

Like most Slytherins, I do not have too many friends - loads of acquaintances though. However, my best friend has to be my albino corn snake. My friends sent me him to take care of after my first letter to them, he has yet to answer me. He has a name, I just haven't figured it out yet. The school does require me to have an owl, toad, or cat, so I do have West (a little barn owl).

Otherwise, it's just me and my snake against the world... I have no friends here.
