Backstory

As I child, I could often here screaming coming from a house in our small town. Many of the parents in our small town insisted that the house was haunted and that the screaming was the ghosts that lived there. No one could live close to the house as listening to the high pitched, twittering song would drive nearby neighbors insane. As I grew, I learned quickly that this scream didn't belong to a ghost afterall but to a Fwooper. I chose to go on an expedition with some of my friends while on holiday from school to try to catch the creature. We were able to successfully capture it, however my mother had to teach us the Silencing Charm to get it to be quiet. he Charm had to be reinforced monthly, and a we soon found out that in order to keep the creature a licence was required. (My mother was very unhappy about this fine from the Ministry of Magic.)

This prompted me to want to look into more magical creatures. Soon after graduating from school I was sought after by many Ministries world wide for my knowledge and expertise in the care and comprehension of magical creatures. I became employed at the United States Ministry of Magic as an investigator of creature-related incidents. I still work here, and very much enjoy my job.
