Backstory

I always had a love for the owls at Hogwarts. I would spend my days in the Owlery, studying, and feeding the owls. Most of them loved me, but one owl in particular never seemed to like me. I got bitten by that Earl more times than I care to admit. When it came time to decide what I was to do with my life, I couldn't decide. the Defense Against The Dark Arts teacher found me in the Owlery, staring at a job catalog, and sat down with me to talk. He managed to talk me into becoming an Auror, and I was excited! However, I couldn't help but miss being surrounded by cooing and feathers all day.
