Backstory

In my first year, I was sorted into Gryffindor, because the sorting hat decided it valued my bravery and determination more than my cunningness and ambition. I was nearly a hatstall I guess? It took two to three minutes for the hat to decide. I obviously enjoyed Defense Against the Dark Arts the most, followed by flying and charms. I hated Herbology, as well as History of Magic. I did well in Potions, but I can't say I enjoyed it as much as DADA. Being a Half-Blood, the "Pure-Blood" Philosophy gets brought up by some bullies sometimes, because the dumb bullies couldn't come up with a greater reason to insult me. Luckily, Voldermort had already been vanquished by the time I was admitted to Hogwarts, but their tales lived on and we admired different people. As for me, I admired Remus Lupin, Sirius Black and Nymphadora Tonks for without their "tiny" contributions I would not be alive. I would say my greatest strength would be my determination, to be something more than I am (which can also be ambition which is why the sorting hat hesitated between Gryffindor and Slytherin). More importantly, my emotions are my greatest weakness, and if I didn't try to control them I would often end up in trouble by starting duels in class. I looked forward to becoming an auror during my time at Hogwarts, and after a few years of training, I finally got my dream job. As someone with exposure to the muggle world, what I find most extraordinary with the Wizarding World is that we are able to do things muggles could only imagine. I would use magic for my own goals, but if others ever needed it, I will do my best to help. To be honest, what I really want is for a huge opportunity to fight in the battlefield as the wizards and witches did in the Famous Battle of Hogwarts. I have a snowy owl named Geppei, it is the Japanese translation for "mooncake", which is the first thing the owl ate. My mother's the muggle and my father's the wizard. I have a younger brother who is three years younger than me in Ravenclaw. We were all surprised about my brother's house due to the fact that he seemed more like a Gryffindor than I ever did.
