Artemisia Webb

Backstory

The Sorting Hat had some trouble sorting me between Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. I did not find this surprising with my love of knowledge and my hard work ethic. I was prepared for such an eventuality and expressed my clear choice to be a Hufflepuff. The Sorting Hat agreed. I was happy and found myself fitting in with my housemates who prize personal relationships over outward achievement. I work hard and manage to do well in most classes, but especially enjoy History of Magic. I am from a pureblood family who named me after the first female Minister for Magic, Artemisia Lufkin (another distinguished Hufflepuff). My greatest strength is in my teamwork and personal relationships. My greatest weakness is that I am a bit lost when I don't have others to guide me. I rely heavily on advice from trusted friends and mentors. I usually choose these people well, but when I don't I can be led down the wrong path. When I graduate I would like to pursue academia and study magic in depth. My ultimate hope would be to become headmistress of Hogwarts or another similarly distinguished magic school. I am interested in furthering the study of magic and determining its true meaning.
