Backstory

Hello, my name is Dannie. Magic seems to runs in the family, but I am a half-blood. Although my mom is a muggle, my dad is a half-blood. My father's mother was a witch and gifted in reading palms/fortunes. So of course when I got my letter from Hogwarts I was so ecstatic to go. I feel a lot of us could easily be sorted into many houses as we all embody a little bit of each. I love to read and learn like a Ravenclaw gobbling up all sorts of information and I love figuring things out mechanical. I troubleshoot machines and programs, but I am brave and active like a Gryffindor. I am very active and will gladly be trying out for Quidditch. My other activities are biking, snowboarding, swimming, and hiking. So I was surprised that I was sorted into Hufflepuff! But after hanging out with fellow Hufflepuffs I realized I was not a show-off or had to be the center of attention, nor could I surround myself with those types. As much as I do love books, puzzles and information, I could not hang out in a Library all day, (no offense). At the very core, my values and experiences placed me into Hufflepuff. I am also very loyal to my people/my true friends that I have been with for years and years. I don't know what Hogwarts classes I will like - they all sound magical to me, but I hope along the way I will find out. My greatest strengths are being active, and solving puzzles. My weaknesses are having a short fuse for those that don't care to learn or better themselves in any way, shape or form. My pet is a spirit Dire White Wolf. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up, but I think it might involve some puzzles, dragons, and broom flying.
