Backstory
Coming from a muggle family, my first year at Hogwarts was an incredible experience, despite the fact that I already knew all about the wizarding world from my older sister. Now, though, in my fifth year here, it's just school as usual. Oh I like school--great teachers, great friends, fascinating subjects--but it can be a lot of work, you know? Especially to be top of my class. I would say my favorite classes are probably History of Magic, Study of Ancient Runes, Charms, Transfiguration, and D.A.D.A. Yeah, I know, that's a lot of favorite classes. Like I said, I like school. I love learning. And I love magic!!! In my spare time I enjoy flying, but I don't actually play Quidditch. I tried it in my first year but I'm not really the most athletic type. I'm happy to cheer on my friends though! I also like hanging out with my friends, playing chess, and reading any book I can get my hands on.I love Hufflepuff, everyone's just so kind and supportive. I have great friends in other houses of course, but I really appreciate the welcoming environment created in my house. My sister was a Slytherin, and I think she had a pretty different experience than I'm having here. Not bad, just--different. Besides, unlike me, she was never one for school. Though magic school's preferable to the public muggle school we were forced to attend when we were younger.
I like to talk a lot if you can't tell. I'm excited for my remaining years at Hogwarts, but I'm dreading the amount of work I know it'll take. And I still have no idea what I want to do in the future. So... that's fun.
