Victor Rodrigues

Backstory

Victor Rodrigues is a wizard, who was born on January 9th in São Paulo, Brazil. He received his letter from the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at age 11. Victor bought his wand at Olivanders, (unicorn hair). He was ordained at Hufflepuff, and excelled at Care of Magical Creatures. He achieved high marks in his NOM and his NIEM. Times after graduating, he specialized in spells and wands in addition to writing books about magical creatures
