Backstory

I grew up with a love of reading, history and exploring. What better way to combine all of those passions than to create my own profession?! So what does a Magical Artifact Hunter do? If you grew up in a Muggle home like I did then you may understand this reference as I describe my job: think Nathan Drake from the Uncharted video games. I research and explore the world for magical artifacts and go on missions to find them, study them and share that knowledge with other witches and wizards. Sometimes that means coming into contact with...unsavory witches and wizards and sometimes it involves some life/death situations. Can't say it doesn't keep me on my toes! As long as the artifacts are not dangerous or filled with dark magic, they get donated to magical schools, museums and collectors. If they are dark though, they get housed with the Ministry of Magic for everyone's safety. If you know of a magical artifact that you'd like me to investigate, send me an owl!
