Backstory

I was sorted into Hufflepuff because of my kindness and willingness to help others without expecting a reward. However, I was almost sorted into Ravenclaw thanks to my love of learning and sharp tongue. I think I will love Potions and Care of Magical Creatures, but probably not Herbology. I am a half-blood with my mother being muggleborn, and my dad being a half-blood. As soon as we heard about You-know-who we fled to America and only returned when I got my Hogwarts letter of acceptance. I put other people before myself and am very stubborn. Consequently, I can be very controlling. My dream job is being a stay-at-home mom. I have a lot of pets. I have 3 cats (Lucy, Mary, and Alice), a very old dog (Baxter), 2 owls (Casper and Georgia), a chameleon (Nelson), and a hamster (Ari). We don't own any magical creatures, but my mom said I can get one as soon as I graduate third year. My dad is rarely home because he works as both at the Ministry of Magic and is a Muggle postal worker. I'm really excited to attend Hogwarts, and I hope I don't stand out too much with my American accent.
