Penelope Kessler

Backstory

Penelope was born into a pureblood family of Slytherins in a large home in the small wizarding community of Puddlemere, so she had already defied expectations when she was sorted into Ravenclaw. Having bouts of accidental magic at an extraordinarily young age, her parents were hoping to send her to Hogwarts a year early. The headmaster had never heard of such thing, and Penelope entered with the children her age.
Known for having a bit of a knack with her wand, Penelope excelled in Transfiguration, Charms, and Potions. Being a huge fan of quidditch from a young age, Penelope supported Puddlemere United in the British-Irish Quidditch League.
However, being as unathletic as she was, Penelope stayed on the stands and admired Ravenclaw quidditch from the stands. She was fond of the strategy behind the game.
Penelope was quite a popular student amongst the staff, while she preferred to keep her friend circle small. She was friends with many other Ravenclaw students and several students from different houses. She was homeschooled by her parents for primary school, where she passed with flying colours.
Penelope has got a practical degree in procrastination and overthinking. She is known as the "anxious one" and the "mother" in her friend groups despite her empathetic and ambitious tendencies.
Having much pressure from family to succeed, Penelope struggled with perfectionism. If she got a low grade on an assignment, she oftentimes didn't answer the owls her family sent, claiming in letters to home that the letter was lost. Living a rather stressful childhood Penelope knew her way around study tricks, but procrastination got the better of her more times than not.
