Backstory

I was sorted into Slytherin, which was a bit of a surprise to me and my family, more of a surprise than when I got my Hogwarts letter actually. None of the rest of my family has magic and when reading about the houses and how they stood for bravery or intelligence or loyalty, I expected to be sorted into one of those houses. My guess was on Ravenclaw as I've always been a book worm and a bit of a nerd. But I guess the Sorting Hat knows what it is doing. I'll certainly have to do some more research on my new house and work on settling in. I'm excited to be at Hogwarts! it certainly is going to be a wonderful year!
