Ophelia Tate

Backstory

Ophelia Tate is your standard half-blood Hufflepuff. She's friends with most Slytherins, often visiting their common room to give them a batch of freshly baked cookies. Even though she's a Hufflepuff, she doesn't want to be buddy-buddy with everyone. She's a bit hostile to Gryffindors and doesn't care for many Ravenclaws.

Ophelia grew up in a rather rich Muggle home, though life wasn't easy for this young witch. Her mother, the only magical influence in her life, died when she was very young, so she didn't get to learn much about the lifestyle that was set out for her. Her other parent tried their best to teach the young witch, but they didn't know much about Hogwarts and the such.

When Ophelia was eight, she finally got her Hogwarts letter and was very excited to finally see the magical school she had learned so much about and quickly became friends with a Slytherin student by the name of Hala Grove.
