Backstory

When I first came to Hogwarts,the sorting hat put me in Hufflepuff. The magical hat had originally wanted to sort me into Ravenclaw, but I didn't feel like that would be the right house for me, and so i requested for the hat to put me in the house that it thought I would feel more comfortable in, and so Hufflepuff it was. I wasn't really what you would consider a hat stall, but it did a few moments for me and the sorting hat to agree that Hufflepuff would be the best house for me, since it is considered the most welcoming. My all time favorite class i would have to say is tied between Care for Magical Creatures and Transfiguration. I absolutely HATED astronomy, most likely because I would fall asleep during class and then the teacher would yell at me for it.But how is it my fault that she always kept the classroom dark and mostly quiet.I am a halfblood, my mother was a muggle and my father is a halfblood wizard. My blood status hasn't ever really effected me in the wizarding world, mostly I guess because of people becoming much more tolerate and less prejudice after the Second Wizarding War. I suppose my greatest strength is my empathy. Even though I don't always show it, I care a great deal about the people around me, even if I barely know them. My greatest weakness, I think, is that I'm very self conscious of what others think of me.My dream career after Hogwarts is to become a Magizoologist, just like my hero Newt Scamander. I think the most fascinating thing about magic is it's ability to always wow people, even those who grew up with it. I've always wanted to help others with my magic. Before I had my mind set on being a Magizoololigist, I wanted to be a healer like my father. what i want most in the world, is for someone to except me and love me for who I am, even the crazy, mad, eccentric parts of me. My greatest fear is being abandoned and alone in life. Yes I have a welsh corgi and his name is Charlie. He acts really silly and I'm pretty sure most of the time he forgets he's a dog because he always has the most human reactions to certain thinks like when your'e saying something to him.I have twin brothers, Scottie and Cass, who are in their 3rd year (I'm in my 5th) and we're currently living with our grandmother while our father is helping open a new magical hospital in India. Our parents divorced when i was ten and my brothers seven. Two years after the divorce our mother died in a convenience store robbery where she tried to distract the robber and let the others in the store escape.
