Backstory

Greetings. I am Asa Kastovar, the only child of Reginald and Hera Kastovar. The Kastovar family is highly prestigious, only the finest survive through infancy. Both Muggle and Wizard authorities have tried to intervene in their barbaric habits whenever a baby deemed as 'unworthy' is born, but there never is any evidence.
