Athena Morgan

Backstory

Athena Morgan is a rather short, petite eleven-year-old girl. Her skin pale and porcelain contrasting her short dark brown hair. Jade green doe eyes hiding behind her fringe.

Athena is an only child, born into a long, successful line of pure-blood witches and wizards. Her parents, Rebecca and Lucas Morgan, stayed busy with their work at the Ministry of Magic. Most of her free time was either spent alone or with her live-in Nanny Sabrina. Being alone most of the time wasn't all bad, it gave her a lot of time to focus on her hobbies. She especially loves baking, plus giving someone their favorite, delicious baked good always prompted a smile, and she would do anything to make those she cares about happy. It did, however, make her incredibly shy and socially awkward.

Excited to attend Hogwarts would be a major understatement. Up until this point she was homeschooled by her nanny Sabrina. Her studies focused on the magical world, she actually didn't know much about the muggle world. Although magic was a regular occurrence in her life, her powers didn't first appear until shortly after her ninth birthday. While mixing up the ingredients to bake cupcakes, her favorite, the bowl slipped from her hands, plummeting to the ground. That is at least until she stopped it. She froze it half-way down, even saving the mixture inside.

Settling into Hogwarts was a bit of a challenge for her, constantly getting lost in a sea of people and winding corridors. She wasn't going to let it get to her though, soon enough she will settle in. Who knows what the future holds for Athena, but she's excited to find out.
