Backstory

I am a halfblood. My mother was a witch and my father was a muggleborn. When I was 5 years old my mother mysteriously died and it was only when I was 10 years old my father revealed to me about the world of Hogwarts and my mother's special abilities. As someone growing through a hustle bustle life of New York, this new information was kind of intriguing for me. Being born in muggle world, I googled Hogwarts and got to know a lot about here through a subreddit group. Was not expecting it to be so bedazzling. Though still new here I am looking forward to know the reason behind my mother's death.
