Backstory

Coming from a family of Gryffindors it's hard to get a word in edge wise. It made me a voracious speaker, a little louder than I should be even, and to be honest I don't have much of an inside voice. When I became a student at Hogwarts, and was suited into Ravenclaw, my family and I were all shocked. I certainly wasn't suited for the quiet rooms and libraries the house is known for, but I found my place as a kind of translator between the extremely introverted of my house with the more outgoing members of the other three. During the summer I join my family in Hogsmead, where they run a Bed and Breakfast. I enjoy meeting the weary travelers who find their way into our little village, and I have found myself curled up in the window seat many a time; eavesdropping on a traveler recall some fantastical tale as I pretend to catch up on summer reading. I am fascinated by my studies at Hogwarts, as any Ravenclaw should be; and all obscure bits and pieces of magic I find in books or overhear often has me going to my professors after class or in the halls asking questions at random. I am particularly fond of wandlore, and would one day like to apprentice for the Ollivander family.
