Backstory

I am an exchange student who applied to Hogwarts and was accepted to complete the rest of my school life at Hogwarts. When i arrived at Hogwarts I was greeted by many people with strange accents and different personalities but I knew i wasn't the only newbie. I came from a Half-blood family and magic is a huge part of my life. I walked in to Hogwarts with a fair knowledge of the magic world, but i as scared that i wouldn't fit in because i was different. I soon found out that all of my fellow first years were in this together as we stood infront of the sorting hat. When my name was called out i was so terrified to be up there infront of so many people. When i sat down and the hat was placed on my head i could here the aged voice of the hat echoing in my ears. I sat there for what felt like an eternity waiting for the hat to decide. It was a choice between Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin but after a while of waiting my hose was called out, GRYFFINDOR! so thats the story of my first day. To come into Hogwarts i Traveled by International Flew Powder which instead of turning green, the flames turn bright purple and you have to be very specific about where you want to go. Luckily i was allowed to bring my Owl, Orion, i would be so lonely without him. Before i left My mum cast a charm on my trunk that made it bigger on the inside, i can walk inside it and but all my books in the bookshelf and my clothes in my wardrobe, its a place i can go to remind me of home and keep me from getting too homesick.
