Backstory

I am the full-blooded kid of a Ravenclaw and a Gryffindor, causing the hat to hatstall. In the end, I actually got Slytherin! But I have a high aptitude for the other two houses too. I can be a little Hufflepuff at times, but it conflicts a lot with my Slytherin nature. I love Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures and Potions. I hated Divination when it was compulsory! My being a full-blood didn't help when He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named rose the second time, I was in 2nd Year and HWMNBN targeted me because I was a freak, and he believed I didn't belong in Slytherin because of my aptitude for the other houses. I had a huge crush on Draco, but he only saw me as a friend, plus everyone suspects he fancied Potter anyway. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. A Death-Eater named Crabbe killed my best friend, and I killed him. I still have nightmares 3 years later (I'm in 5th Year). I can be as cunning as a snake, brave as a lion, wise as an eagle and stubborn as a badger, but my failing is my intense loyalty that gets me into trouble. I also HATE breaking rules unless I have good reason. When I finish, I want to do something with Herbology, just not a professor! I find the study of how muggle "fertilisers" and "pesticides" affect our magical plants fascinating. I believe by combining these properly, we can find cures for the deadliest diseases. My biggest fear is that nobody will ever love me, and that someone I trust will betray me, much like Pettigrew betrayed Potter, Black and Lupin. He made my mother ashamed to be a Gryffindor, the little rat. My animagus is a Labrador, and I was taught by my father, whose animagus is an Eagle. Fitting for a Ravenclaw, I suppose. I have an owl named Hester, who has a particular fondness for hunting unsuspecting rats. She is the niece of Hedwig, Harry Potter's deceased owl, and is fiercely loyal to the Potters so despises rats.
