Backstory
I am currently a upper level student who is interested in Library Science--I want to work at an Elementary school as the librarian/story teller.I am a Hufflepuff and very happy with being there. I am not sure I could be as cozy anywhere else. I think the Sorting Hat took a minute to decide, but in the end we both knew this was the best fit. Plus I was kind of getting embarrassed cause the other students were waiting their turn so I politely asked it to hurry and choose so I wouldn't upset any of my other fellow students. Even though I want to be a librarian I struggle a little with some dyslexia, but I LOVE reading, writing, and helping others find something they will enjoy reading too.
Plus I write books in my spare time so it is perfect for me.
I am not the most athletic person, nor am I overly logical/mechanical in my thought process. I tend to avoid those type of classes and activies. BUT I am competative and enjoy watching games, I just don't take them to serious and find that professional players, yes even Quiddich, are grossly overpaid and civil services and grossly underpaid.
I am actually a face-painter and starting to learn the art of Henna. It is very relaxing and fun. I love any chance to practice, so let me know....
and if I am being 100% honest, I secretly would LOVE to be an actress. I find movies and the theater so exciting. I love set design and coming up with the details---just not making the sets---I will leave that to someone else.
Growing up I was told "if you could make money coming up with ideas and plans, Emily, you could be rich." So maybe instead of a librarian I will be a planner. The only problem is...I like planning more than doing....so if someone out there likes the doing more than the planning, let me know and we will become rich.
