Backstory

Justin Whisp was a Pure-Blooded wizard who was sorted into Ravenclaw, both of his parents were Ravenclaws too. He is incredibly smart, and values it too. His family all wanted him in Ravenclaw. He was a hatstall, because since he's a Pure-Blood, he was put between Slytherin, and Ravenclaw. But since he didn't value his blood-status as much, he was put into Ravenclaw.
