Backstory

I have been sorted into Gryffindor. The sorting hat said I am in Gryffindor because I am intelligent but I also value friendship and courage. I am a hatstall because the sorting hat was considering putting me in Ravenclaw. My favorite class is arithmancy. I think it is wonderful. I don't have a least favorite class. Why would I? I love Hogwarts! I try to get all A's. I am muggleborn. This has affected me because other students have called me a mudblood. During the times He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named rose, I was not afraid. My greatest strength is my intelligence. my greatest weakness is that my intellect has prevented me from making the same connections about other people and their motives that they instinctively sense. After I finish school I am looking to work for the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. I feel the most fascinating aspect of magic is the feeling you get from it. Not everyone gets to learn at Hogwarts and become a witch or wizard, so I feel very lucky. I want to use magic to help others. I have an owl named Willow. She is a very calm owl but can sometimes be tardy with my mail. My family is mostly made up of muggles except for my aunt.
