Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first, I thought it was just a joke, ya know? The other kids in the orphanage sometimes played pranks on me or blamed me when some weird stuff happened around the house. I always wondered why the nuns were afraid of me. One night, while on my nightly escape into the city, I decided to the seek out the location of this pub the letter mentioned. Strangely, no one knew where it was, that was until I met a woman in a long purple robe. I followed her to the pub. The innkeeper inside was an odd but friendly man, and he let me stay in one of the inn's rooms for the night. The next morning, while I was heading downstairs, I noticed that the pub was silent and a giant man was leading a young boy through the crowd. People shook the boy's hand and greeted him in a formal matter. I followed the man and boy out the back to what definitely would have been Diagon Alley. The coolest part it was getting all the school books on the list. I absolutely love reading! I feel like I'm going to fit right into this strange world.
