Madeline Evangeline Hale

Backstory

Hi! My name is Madeline Evangeline Hale. This is my first year at Hogwarts, and I'm proud to call myself a Gryffindor (honestly, we have te coziest common room ever). My mother - Genevieve Dolfinnus - works as a librarian at the Ministry of Magic. She's a squib, but has taught me quite a bit of magic already. My father - Robert Hale - is a Curse Breaker for Gringotts. Because both of them work avidly in the wizard in world, I spent much of my childhood being educated about certain spells and creatures and whatnot. When I was 7, I accidentally levitated a fish out of a dolphin's mouth on a trip to the Caribbean with my family. Although the dolphin was upset about me stealing his lunch, my parents were extremely pleased, and got me a pet Snowy Owl (named Babbers) to celebrate. I was very happy when I received my letter for Hogwarts, and am studying furiously to pass my O.W.L.s.
