Backstory

When I first received my letter for Hogwarts, My father Julius Yaxley who works in the Ministry, sniffed and said, 'of course you got in, you're a pureblood, and certainly not a squib.' to be honest, those were the nicest words he has ever spoken to me. The house I was sorted into is obvious, Slytherin. My father would have it no other way, at the most he could handle me being a Ravenclaw, but my father, a Slytherin himself would have disowned me had I been in Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. The subject I look forward to the most is potions. Ever since my father bought me my first potions kit as a child, I knew I wanted to get my mastery. My father wants me to work in the ministry like him, but I was interested in teaching potions at Hogwarts if the position ever opened to me. For quidditch, I of course will try for the Slytherin team. I am not cut out to be a seeker, but being a beater or keeper seems more my style. My father says that I should focus on more important matters than that rubbish, but I'll still try for the team.
