Backstory
Aphrodite Golan is from a family of pureblood wizards that hold a number of positions in the Ministry of Magic. Wondering about the mysteries of life from a young age, she was inclined to follow them - and become an Unspeakable. Of course, this meant learning to hold her tongue, hide the truth, so the Ministry's secrets could be kept safe. When Aphrodite started high school, it was exactly what she tried to do.The quiet Slytherin who hid from the world was known as "the Silence of Slytherin". She earned quite a reputation, and her foolish young mind thought the Ministry was going to come to HER and ask her to be an Unspeakable! When they didn’t, she didn’t let it get to her. She had her mind set on becoming an Unspeakable.
Shortly after graduating, she approached the Minister, asking for work. I don’t know exactly what went down, of course - Aphrodite was silent about it. Nevertheless, within a month she was working there. We don’t know what she does. She’s very secretive about it.
