Backstory

I come from a family of skeptical Muggles, so you can imagine how strange it was to find out there was a Wizarding School--and that I was a witch! Hogwarts has been great to me so far... well, excepting a few of those pureblood students stuck in their ways, but I guess there's going to be some kind of prejudice everywhere you go.
I'm a Ravenclaw. At first I was a little apprehensive, but the late-night movie discussions and teamwork on the door's riddles are so worth it.
My wand is alder, 13 inches, dragon heartstring core and slightly springy flexibility. My patronus is a St. Bernard (I've nicknamed him Cerberus).
I have two pets--a barn owl named Speculo that I use mostly for letter-sending, and a calico cat named Pasco.
