Backstory

I was sorted into Slytherin for my self-preservation, assertiveness, cunningness, and independence. The decision of the Sorting Hat was almost immediate. Potions and Defence Against the Dark Arts are my preferred classes. I am half-blood. My blood status has not affected my time at Hogwarts because I tend to keep to myself and do not speak about family. My greatest strengths are occlumency and legilimency. I wish to use magic to help others as well as to further my own ends. I have a mostly dark Siamese cat with a very similar temperament as my own. Most of my time is spent alone either reading, studying, or experimenting.
My wand is made of aspen wood with a dragon heartstring core. It is 12' 3/4" in length and has a surprisingly swishy flexibility. My Patronus is a Black Swan.
