Backstory

Upon my departure from Hogwarts, I was hired by the Department of International Magical Cooperation to join a team of witches and wizards traveling worldwide, visiting remote magical communities to offer them representation within the International Confederation of Wizards. It was a fleeting time in my life, but it showed me how much I enjoyed working with other magical communities and studying the differences in their magic. I was then hired by Gringotts as a Curse-Breaker. For years I enjoyed the thrill of dismantling ancient magic, exploiting the tombs for the riches within. As time wore on, however, I began to realize that I was just being used by the higher-ups within Gringotts. I rallied some of my colleagues and we all quit. We set up our own Independent Curse-Breaking company headquartered in Cork Ireland. With our team of a dozen elite Curse-Breakers with diverse skill sets, we run Gringotts style fortune hunts. We are reluctantly licensed by the ministry, and funded by an anonymous benefactor. We will also perform de-cursing operations for hire, of magical homes or artifacts.
