Backstory

Nobody ever expected me to get my letter. I'd never done anything that remotely resembled magic, and both of my parents are muggles. I did once see a dementor, though. I was about 10 and I felt this horrible feeling, like something horrible was coming and I would never be happy again. Then I saw this bony, rotten hand curling around my door. When I did get to hogwarts, I was sorted into Ravenclaw before I had even gotten comfortable on the stool. Surprisingly, my best subject was not herbology, as many assumed it would be because of my name. No, I was always fascinated by transfiguration. I want to be an animagus one day. I also love magical animals, especially dragons. I have a pet barn owl named Parthenon and I once cast a full patronus. It was a cat. I love cats.

My parents are not magic, but they both think it is cool that I am. My sister thinks that magic is weird but she's probably secretly jealous. My brother has shown a little bit of magic in him already and is probably going to hogwarts with me in a few years. Also, when I get older, I want to write a book.
