Backstory

When I was five years old, I was happily living with my muggle father and my mother in the United States. He accidentally found out that my mother was a witch, and left her immediately. Not seeing any need to hide anymore, we left for England and moved in with my godparents. Mother was killed a year later in a fire, which we later learned was caused by some of the local heretics who called her a witch and were afraid of her. My godparents didn't want me, so I was sent to fostercare. I lived with quite a few muggle families before finding the DeAlures, a pureblood family who adopted or "rescued" foster children with magical potential. Sure enough, they adopted me, and a few months after I turned eleven, my acceptance letter came.
I was sorted into Ravenclaw almost as soon as the hat touched my head. I absolutely adore school, and have a knack for muggle equations. My favourite classes are defense against the dark arts or history of magic, and I'm the absolute worst at herbology. I only have a few close friends, who would describe me as "determined, a know-it-all, and figity". I'm NOT a know it all! I'd LIKE to be one, to be sure. I have a pet cat named pancake, who had a squished up pancake face. I have seven other adopted siblings, Nova, Fredrick, Miriam, Suzanne, Tobias, Terra, and Echo.
