Backstory

I have... an unusual family. Our ancestry is a little complicated, so it's better if I don't get into it- long story involving, IDT (Inter-Dimensional Travel), lots of small goblins, an earl and a duchess/duke, a drakon chief, the Mezzo Concneter, a few robberies, maybe a scepter or two... yeah. Long story.
My immediate family isn't so much better. We travel a lot- and by that I mean, we're pretty much nomadic. But my great aunt convinced my mom to take a case in Britain because, "It would be good for the kiddos and Hogwarts is a fine school. You have no idea how much trouble the un-used mind can bring." So we're staying here for the time being. The last actual wizarding school I went to was Ilvermorny, and that was a few years ago, so I have to take 1st and 2nd year classes- what a thrill. Usually my uncle would home school me and my siblings, but I like it here. And, if you're wondering, my Sorting was done in private (imagine sitting on the little stool with a bunch of 1st years- in front of everyone!)
So, yeah. We're settling in here and I can't wait to unspool all of Hogwart's secrets.
