Relationship status: single but not actively looking, although if I were she'd have to be funny, smart, and kind. Is that too much to ask for?

Backstory
My whole family consists of Gryffindors. I live in a pureblood family and as far as we have researched everyone has only ever been in Gryffindor. My twin sister Jessa was even sorted into Gryffindor with no hesitation. Me? I was a hatstall and after my struggling to be put into Gryffindor I was persuaded into Ravenclaw. I've always been a little different from my family so I wasn't too surprised, more afraid. The students that did know about our family streak were shocked but Jessa just sat there beaming at me. There was applause across the Great Hall and I sat down next to my now best friend, Dominique Tyler. My parents were pleased to hear I was put in Ravenclaw, just as much as my sister. I still remember Mom's speech. She works for the Minster of Magic, sort of his right hand witch, so speeches are her thing. "Si just because you weren't sorted into Gryffindor doesn't mean you aren't brave or chivalrous; the houses put you where you will find companions, people with similar interests. You are wise beyond your years and brilliant beyond compare but you are also brave and loyal and cunning. So you see, you don't belong in Ravenclaw; Ravenclaw belongs to you."
Though I enjoy most of the classes Hogwarts offers, I love History of Magic most. Where did the Werewolf Code of Conduct originate? Who was Emeric the Evil? I’m interested to know the origins of everything. My least favorite class is Divinations. I don’t believe in any of that. As if tea leaves can tell you the future!
People are surprised to hear I take interest in writing. One day I would like to travel and solve unanswered questions about the Wizarding World. I want to record my findings and have them published. I wouldn’t even mind teaching out of my books.
Life at Hogwarts is nothing like I had imagined being sorted into Ravenclaw, but it's been the best thing to ever happen to me.
