Spike Phoenix

Backstory

Spike Phoenix is what most wizarding scientists call a Water Gill. A Water Gill is a person who has three sets of scars on his or her neck, ribs, hands, and feet. When a person who has the Water Gill ability touches water the person's hands extend a little and they grow webs in them. The same for the feet but they extend more for better movement in the water. The scars on the neck open up and they become gills. The scars on the ribs just open a tiny bit to get the person used to the water temperature.
I came up with all this information I just used some the ideas from the creation of the plant Gilly Weed from J.K. Rowling.
