Biography

Eleanor is the second child of Leonard and Crystal Wood. Her father, Leonard is a well-known Auror and her mother, Cyrstal is a Healer. Her brother Elliott, who is two years older than her, is a Magizoologist. Eleanor is the only member of the family who was sorted in Slytherin, which made everyone surprised since her mother and brother were in Gryffindor and her father was in Hufflepuff.

She was born in America, but her parents moved to England when she was only three years old. Their home was in Godric’s Hollow, an old family house with a small backyard. She grew up with his father telling stories about wizarding world and Hogwarts, teaching her how to use a broomstick, and casting simple spells to make her laugh. Her mother raised her with the belief of accepting everyone as they are and respecting them. And her brother helped her become a strong and brave young woman with his never-ending pranks that could be a little bit dangerous sometimes.

When she turned 11 and her acceptance letter arrived, she was thrilled and delighted; finally being able to go to the school his brother always talked about was exciting. Her family always told her that she’d be a great Ravenclaw because of her curiosity and desire of learning more. That’s why everyone, including Eleanor herself, was shocked when she was sorted into Slytherin. She didn’t have any difficulty in accepting her house, though. She was glad that she was a student at Hogwarts now and she didn’t care which house she was sorted in.

At the age of 15, her brother taught her how to become an Animagus without telling their parents. When she finally managed to become one; she spent the rest of the summer with his brother, playing in their backyard in their Animagi forms. Their parents found out eventually and despite their disapproving speeches in the beginning, they let them do whatever they wanted with the condition of not causing any trouble.

People usually think she's a cold-hearted, careless person because of the look on her face. Yet, she actually loves meeting new people, joking around with friends, and having fun. She enjoys spending time sitting by the lake and just watching the sky. Even though she is a friendly person and loves her friends, she prefers to be alone most of the time. One can find her in the library or in Slytherin Common Room if she's not outside, admiring the beauty of the lake.

Physical Appearance

Eleanor Jean has long, brown, slightly wavy hair. Her green eyes look bright despite her serious looks. She is 5'8" and as thin as a rake, but despite her appearance she is pretty athletic.

In contrast to her high-spirited and fun characteristics, she loves dark colors. Without listening to her mother’s complaints, she wears black or claret red most of the time. She has plenty of sweatshirts, skinny jeans, sneakers, and boots. She always wears the long necklace with a small life of tree figure, which was a 16th birthday gift from her brother. She usually doesn't wear any make up and rarely ties up her hair.


For After Graduation Roleplays

After graduating from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Eleanor decided to take a year off before starting her new job as an Unspeakable. In her free year, she traveled the world with her Magizoologist brother, learning more about the magical creatures during their journey. She visited every European country along with Australia, Japan, and Turkey. After a year of traveling, she started her career as an Unspeakable in the Ministry of Magic’s Department of Mysteries.

She lives on her own in a small apartment in South London. When she doesn’t have to work, she spends most of her time reading in the small library she has in her home or hangs out with her friends or family. She enjoys reading especially about mythologhy, writing short stories, going out rambling, and taking pictures. Her favorite seasons are autumn and winter since she doesn't like the hot weather. She loves snowball fights and dancing under the rain.

After a few years of working as an Unspeakable, now Eleanor is more mature and serious even in her daily life. She lets her guard down only around her family and a few close friends and she usually doesn't speak with everyone. But despite all, she is still loving, kind, and high-spirited.
