Backstory

My childhood spent exploring polar regions with my muggle parents meant that I found out I had magic a little later than everyone else did. After one too many near misses the Ministry stepped in and agreed that while I was too old to start Hogwarts something needed to be done. So, I packed up my things and moved into a tiny flat in Hogsmeade where I spend most of my days studying magic and have some private lessons if I need them in the evening.
