Backstory

Hi, my name is Natalie Perks and I am a Hufflepuff. I am a half-blood witch with a witch mother and a muggle-born father. I am also a descendant of Newt Scamander so most people in my family is in Hufflepuff. Because of this, my family seeks to preserve Newt Scamander's name. My family does this in many ways. For example, my mother Georgina Perks works at the Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. My uncle Rolf Scamander lives in New York and tries to protect magical creatures near the Ilvermorny School. My distant relative Rubeus Hagrid's life mission was to help protect the magical beasts, as well as protecting Harry Potter (even though he was not a Hufflepuff.) This does not mean however, that my family is not in any way brave. Both of my parents fought in the Second Wizarding War, and risked their lives (even though my father is dead now). But most of all, I would like to change the way people see each other at Hogwarts. Just because one is a Hufflepuff, doesn't mean that we are underrated, because we are the nice ones. In fact, if the world didn't have Hufflepuffs than we would all be rivals and no one would be able to see the light in one another.
