Percy is the every-man. Friend of all, he's outgoing and confident: you just can't help but like him and his boyish charm. He is hardworking and dedicated, valuing integrity and dedication above all else. Practical and extremely humble, he keeps his head down and gets what needs to be done, done. He places high value in justice, taking it too far in some cases. Some find him to be self-righteous - he sees himself as the moral high ground and tends to judge others for their actions regardless of his knowledge of context. If he thinks you've done something contradicting his ideals he can be coldly unforgiving, stuck in his ways. To those he respects, he's a fiercely loyal friend.

Percy has a keen interest in photography and Quidditch, and when not found diligently studying in the library he's more often than not practicing on the pitch or wandering the grounds for the perfect shot.
