Backstory

Ever since I was just a little kid, my family had been anxiously awaiting the day I received my letter from Hogwarts. My parents are both Hogwarts alumni, Hufflepuff, and they were so excited for my two younger brothers and I to carry on the family Hufflepuff tradition. I swear, the day my letter arrived my parents were nearly in tears. Of course, my younger brothers were jealous as all get out that they weren't old enough to attend Hogwarts yet. Shopping for my school supplies in Diagon Alley was so much fun, and I had actually almost finished Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them in the months leading up to the start of the school year. When I got sorted into Ravenclaw instead of Hufflepuff, I think my parents were a little disappointed, but I don't think they were all too surprised. They wrote me back and told me how proud of me they were and how they were expecting high marks from me. They're pretty happy with my progress so far!
