Backstory

Nobody ever said it would be easy to be a Ravenclaw transfer student in her seventh year at Hogwarts. I am a muggleborn from Texas, and spent my early years at Ilvermorny, where I was a Thunderbird, but through a series of unfortunate events my family had to move across the pond to England, and we couldn't afford going back and forth between America and England with all of my belongings. So, with the help of the headmaster at Ilvermorny, I was transferred to Hogwarts, and sorted to Ravenclaw house, though I was expected to be a Gryffindor. To be honest, I didn't feel like I embodied Thunderbird anyway. I'm still getting used to everything over here, but I hope I can at least survive.
