Backstory

I was adopted at a young age by a Muggle couple. They had two other children several years after they adopted me. My little sister Claire is 8 and my brother Thomas is 6. I used to do tricks for them when I started discovering my magic, but it took quite a while to realize that I could do more than just parlor tricks. When I got my letter, at first I thought it was just a joke from one of my friends, but it wasn't. Once we found our way to Diagon Alley, I was beyond thrilled to discover the wizarding world. I'd never been so excited to buy school supplies. When it was my turn to be sorted, I was placed in Slytherin. Being an introvert, I didn't talk to people all that much. I made a few friends, but I preferred the company of ghosts and books. I quickly found that I had an aptitude for potions and herbology, but my curiosity and my desire for knowledge always far exceeded my classes.
