Sam Crawford

Backstory

He grew up in a small town in the middle of nowhere, born to muggles Jim and Elizabeth. He was always a rather shy child, more often playing with himself than others. In his free time, he would either read or explore the forest behind his home. He felt more at ease being in nature, walking between the trees and watching the animals, than he was in town or with other children.

When he was accepted to Hogwarts, he was both confused and excited. Having read an abundance of fantasy books, he had always loved the idea of magic, and at the prospect of learning it for real he was simply overjoyed. He loves his parents immensely, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying his time surrounded by magic and wonder.

Now in his seventh year, he has long since gotten used to dorm life, enjoying his time off with his cat Shadow or exploring the school grounds. If he were more outgoing, he would try out for Quidditch do to his love for flight. As it is, however, he doesn't have the confidence to join tryouts, and settles for watching the games instead.
