Backstory

It was my father's joy when I finally received a letter from Hogwarts. My father took no time at all and had started to fix everything I needed, and set me off towards the train, and off to school. He had hope this was what I needed to break out of the shell I retreated to whenever things are getting too much for me to bear. Growing up, I was mostly quiet, and shy. I was very reserved. It was a defense mechanism I've developed when I was younger surrounded by muggles. I didn't like feeling different even though my parents worked hard to help me understand who and what I am.

And as my parents, most especially my father, had hoped; being in Hogwarts was the change that I truly needed. I work hard to control and learn more about my magic. I finally have the freedom to use it without fearing that I was doing something against the Ministry's regulations. I'm in a place where I can freely be who I am without worrying about the consequences of being seen, and being hurt.
