Backstory

I am the child of muggles. My parents own a very successful bakery, where I spent much of my childhood. I was taught how to bake at a young age. By the age of five I could bake some of the most delicious bread and decorate the most beautiful cakes.
There was something special about my confections. People would line up to purchase them. My parents believed that our customers loved them so much because the thought of a child making such beautiful creations was magical. They were correct it most definitely magical.
As I child, completely unaware of the magical word, I didn't realize necessarily what I was doing was magical. I just figured I was good at it. I could imagine the most intricate design and it would happen. It was almost as if my hands weren't actually doing the work, but my mind was. Never once did a recipe go wrong on my watch. Dough would rise and bread would bake even if the oven wasn't on!
When I received my letter at age 11, everything made sense. My parents were reluctant to send me to Hogwarts, but knew this was something I needed to do. Fast forward many years later, I'm now the very proud owner of my very own magical bake shop. We are so very successful and most importantly we teach the skills of magical baking to young witches and wizards interested in this very exciting field.
